- Designed site features; including parking lot, utilities, grading, lighting and landscaping.
- Designed stormwater management with retention practices coinciding with walking path.
- Site designed to be ADA, HUD and HCR compliant.
- Generated construction specifications.
- Provided construction administration to ensure project compliance.
