Project Scope

  • Designed site for new 6,500 sf footprint mixed commercial/subsidized multi-residential facility on 0.5-acre parcel in urban neighborhood.
  • Since site was originally five housing lots, design required extensive utility demolition and replacement.
  • Building access points connect directly onto street sidewalks.
  • Extensive landscape design on compact parcel to enhance building aesthetics and partially screen parking lot.
  • Project was part of two-site overall project which cost $8.2M.
  • Construction commenced in December 2019.
