Berkshire Park Subdivision
Project Scope
- A six phase subdivision encompassing approximately 308 acres along the Genesee River.
- Designed utility service connections for 484 residential home lots.
- Responsibilities included: water distribution calculations, coordination with the water purveyor, applications and permitting, design and engineering of water / sanitary / storm utilities, coordination with power and cable utilities, legal descriptions and map boundaries, easement descriptions, SWPPP.
- Used StormCAD to model over 25,000-lf of storm pipe.
- 11 interdependent ponds.
