A NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE
Vanguard Engineering PC is a New York State-certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) civil engineering firm based in Rochester New York. Our engineers have designed sites ranging from single-family homes up to 500-lot residential subdivisions and from half-acre commercial projects up to 300-acre industrial complexes. We work with local, regional and New York State agencies on municipal projects;from small business to national clients on commercial projects; and small to moderately sized institutions.
We dedicate ourselves to providing beautiful designs while thinking of the client, the patrons and the community. The more beautiful the site; the more people will want to be there.
