Vanguard designed this site for a renovated 6300 sq. ft. former factory into a mixed commercial multi-residential facility on a 0.5 acre parcel in an urban neighborhood.

Incorporation of adjacent lots required extensive utility replacement. Design considerations on this compact parcel included landscape and fencing arrangement to enhance building aesthetics and partially screen the parking lot.
