Designed to be ADA, HUD, and HCR compliant, this 50 unit senior apartment building and community center is located on 5 acres in Brockport, NY.

In many ways this project demonstrates the range of our expertise; from design of the parking lot, utilities, lighting, and landscaping, to generating construction specifications and providing construction administration services.
