Vanguard provided construction administration and inspection services for the reconstruction of this urban roadway with a mix of commercial businesses, residential homes, and apartment buildings.

This revitalization involved conversion of the roadway to one-way traffic, parking re-alignment, installation of ADA compliant ramps and new exposed aggregate sidewalk.

Other improvements included driveway aprons, granite curbing, underdrain, utility adjustments and improvements, street lighting, pavement markings, signage, and retaining wall installation.
