Vanguard provided inspection and administration services for this reconstruction of a busy urban corridor totaling 2007 linear feet.

The scope of the project included pavement reconstruction, new granite curbs and underdrain, sidewalk replacements and upgrades to ADA standards, utility adjustments and upgrades, driveway aprons, pavement markings, street lighting, tree removals and plantings.

An alternating one-way traffic control system was established to maintain commuter flow throughout the project.
