This project presented Vanguard with the opportunity to apply creative solutions to a site with specific design considerations including steep slopes and no municipal water access.

We designed retaining walls to accommodate the steep topography and serve as placement for brand signage. By utilizing existing hydrant infrastructure we were able to establish water service and avoid disruptions across a major roadway. Design aesthetics also focused on landscaping to screen parking lots and integrating nearby sidewalk with a looped walking path.
