Goose Landing

The design of this dual 20-unit senior apartment building complex embraced the rural setting of the site with landscape elements that include the preservation of mature trees to screen the parking lot from the road and a wildflower meadow.

Site considerations also included alignment of the buildings with topography to save on earthwork costs as well as design of a septic system with eventual off site connection to a nearby subdivision .
