Vanguard partnered with the City of Rochester to provide inspection and administration services for the reconstruction of urban roadways totaling approximately 0.7 miles.

The project included pavement reconstruction, new granite curbs, underdrain installation, sidewalk replacements and upgrades to ADA standards, utility adjustments and upgrades, driveway aprons, pavement markings, street lighting, tree removals and new plantings.

Close coordination and cooperation ensured that the project was completed on time and with minimal disruption to area residents and the local school.
