To improve vehicle access and optimize traffic flow Vanguard designed a wider right-in right-out entrance for this commercial development site. This also required a truck turning analysis to ensure accessibility for delivery vehicles.

Site design considerations also included the use of an L-shaped dry swale to treat water quality and quantity before discharge to an on-site stream.
