Vanguard provided site design and construction administration for this 6,500 square foot mixed commercial/multi -residential facility in an urban neighborhood.

The site consolidated 5 housing lots, requiring extensive utility demolition and replacement.

Design considerations on this compact parcel included placing building access points to connect directly onto sidewalks and landscaping to enhance building aesthetics and partially screen the parking lot.
