Site Planning and Engineering
Site and subdivision design including; grading, underground utility design, roads, parking lots, sidewalks, trails, landscaping, site lighting and cost estimating.
Construction Administration
Site construction administration and project management including; project meetings, change order negotiation and payment applications.
Municipal Development Consulting
We review proposed development projects for municipal Planning and Zoning Boards; including drawings, engineering reports, SWPPPs, SEQR and zoning compliance. We also offer zoning, site plan and subdivision code review.
Vehicular and Pedestrian Access Design
We design roads, culverts and bridges for private clients, municipalities and Monroe County. This includes extensive structural and hydraulic calculations to rehabilitate existing structures or design new ones.
HYDROLOGIC AND OPEN-CHANNEL HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS
Drainage analysis, storm water facility design, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) reports, floodplain analysis and FEMA floodplain revision permits.
Flex Space Building Design
Typically masonry block or prefab buildings. We team with a select group of architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers and geotechnical engineers to design commercial buildings.
Permit and Zoning
Municipal and government agency permit application, zoning variances, special permits, re-zoning applications.
